In accordance with the Clarification Text, which was submitted to my knowledge on the date my personal data was obtained and which contains detailed information on the processing and transfer of my personal data in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data;

(“Company” or “HEALMEDY”) in the capacity of data controller within the scope described below.

PURPOSE AND LEGAL REASON FOR PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data in the categories of identity, communication, customer transaction, transaction security are processed within the framework of the following purposes and legal reasons in accordance with the KVK Law(Personal Data Protection Law) and secondary regulations:

• Contract Processes: Your personal data are processed for the purposes of establishing or executing the contracts to which our Company is a party based on the legal reason for the establishment or performance of the contract specified in Article 5/2(c) of the KVK Law(Personal Data Protection Law) and for the execution of requests, offers, purchases and sales, finance and accounting affairs.
• Legal Obligations: Your personal data may be processed if required by any provision of the legislation to which the Company is subject, based on the legal reason specified in Article 5/2 (ç) of the KVK Law(Personal Data Protection Law).

APPLICATION TO THE DATA CONTROLLER

As personal data owners, in accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 13 of the KVK Law(Personal Data Protection Law), if you submit your requests regarding your rights to the Company in writing or by the methods regulated in the Communique on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller (https://www.resmigazete.gov.tr/eskiler/2018/03/20180310-6.htm), our Company will finalize the request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the Company will charge the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority.
